President Elect

The President-Elect shall be an active member of the Association in good standing. He/she shall discharge the duties of the President in the event of the President’s absence or disability, and shall serve as chairperson of the Advertising Committee of all Association events. The President-Elect shall assume the duties of the Presidency upon expiration of his/her term as President-Elect

I started my newspaper career with the Jackson (TN) Sun, working part time while attending college. Upon graduation I was accepted into Gannett’s Circulation Specialist Program and sent to New Jersey where I was responsible for learning all things Circulation. My current position is the Audience Development Manager.

Having been in Circulation management for over 30 years; I have been active in several Circulation Management association, CWCMA is the BEST.

2018-2019 Board Members

The CWCMA Board of Directors is made of 7 members. The Board members serve a 2 year term 3 one year and for the next year The Board of Directors shall have full management and control of the affairs of the Association.

Duties of Directors – A Director shall be an active member in good standing. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, they shall assist in the securing of new members, the selling of advertising and shall assist in conference planning whenever requested.

I attended the CWCMA conference for the first time in 2015. New Mexico was not part of the organization as it was added in August of 2017 although I was welcomed to the conference and pleased to have left with plenty of ideas and new connections. I’m honored to serve on the board and continue to be a part of this great organization.
